I have recently been wondering what to do with my life.  My university degree has come to an end, and I am at a juncture.  I must make a decision about my new direction.  It is a place of boundless possibilities and opportunities.

There are so many things that I could do, places I could go, dreams I could follow.  And so what do I do?  I do nothing.  I am paralysed by choice, by the fear to begin.  Faced by an empty canvas I dare not draw my first line in case it is wrong.

In response to a comment on my blog, I once said that I really enjoy looking through flickr  to find pictures for my blog posts.   Since then I've started uploading my own photos onto flickr, sharing them with the world for others to enjoy.

When playing, children push at the boundaries of who they are, learn new skills, and develop their imagination. Becoming an adult, it is possible to lose sight of the need to try new things, to break out of one's comfort zone once in a while.

Bring out your inner pirate in the search for buried treasure.

One of my favourite toys as I was growing up was my brother's pirate Lego. He had pirate ships with working cannons, numerous islands with secret caves and trap doors, parrots, monkeys, muskets, wooden legs, and most of important of all: buried treasure.
